This location had plenty of stocked shoes of all brands and sizes. Customer service was great. Associates were helpful and courteous.

Very helpful. We bought some converse on Christmas Eve… after only having the shoes for a month both soles came off the shoes. The adhesive, whatever they use literally came all the way off both shoes. I went in the store about 3 months later, we were buying some shoes I told them what happened, they said they’d return the shoes and give us another pair. I was only telling them the issue. They have the best customer service skills as a company its 100% sincere..as the Individual employees that were working that day.. they were so nice words cannot even explain it..they actually cared about us. They gave us a new pair after I brought in the old ones. Again, I wasn’t asking for a refund only letting them know. They were so nice to us. The employees are the best. I will always support this company. Thank you SHOE CITY. See you tomorrow need a new pair of shoes:)

Had to return a pair of Hoka s , I had gotten a smaller size and gave it a try at home . Ended up returning and was pleasantly surprised to have been treated exceptionally well during return and after . Tried to get refund posted quicker than normal called Show City Corp.and was treated excellent. They actually got the funds released faster than the average.... And did a follow up call to see how things turned out I will buy all my tennis shoes and everything I can from this Tyler Mall /Galleria at Tyler Shoe City . They are exceptional people , they really do go beyond the normal VERY IMPRESSED. Gave me some hope that there are quality people out there. The are at Shoe City.!

Bought some Nikes for only $65.00. Was a great deal. They have a huge variety of shoes. Definitely a place to buy the kids their shoes for the start of the new year.

Big selection of kicks, Prices could be a bit Less but hey everything is expensive. You also spin the wheel and have a chance to win a free pair of shoes.
